Redstones are rapidly expanding estate agents and a specialist property lettings and management Company. Five Rivers developed their website initially in 2004, and upgraded it in 2008/2009, implementing new technology and Web compliance standards.
What We Did
After reviewing the restructured aims and objectives of the business, Five Rivers produced a strategic plan to update both the customer facing elements of the business including the Website and the functionality of the CMS to match the targets.
The design suite of promotional material was updated to reflect a coordinated strategy that incorporated new sub-brands and marketing messages.
The functionality of the Website was integrated with offline 3rd party software to a single interface to control on and offline business property management. Site components were expanded to improve the customer experience while allowing streamlining of the business process.
A marketing strategy from our top1position.com skill set was created with particular emphasis on Social Media has yielded a 246% increase in traffic and unique visitors leading to a direct return on marketing investment.
